Our most-loved Everyday Croissant Bag returns in a new Chestnut colourway. Crafted from 100% recycled polyester, it offers a luxuriously soft, suede-like finish while remaining durable enough for everyday use. Materials
Main: Recycled polyester
Recycled polyester is made by transforming post-consumer plastics into new, durable fibers. These fibers are then woven and finished to create a soft, suede-like texture that looks and feels luxurious while reducing waste and reliance on virgin materials.
Lining: Recycled cotton
Recycled cotton twill reduces waste, landfill, carbon emissions and soil degradation. Unused fabrics are collected from factories and textiles mills. Threads are deconstructed from the fabric and spun into yarn with pre-consumer cotton the yarn is woven into recycled cotton twill fabric.
Care
Due to the nature of the material, we recommend gently brushing and massaging the suede to soften before first use. Spot clean with a damp cloth and avoid exposure to water.
All materials are selected for their unique look and quality. Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the material's natural characteristics and should not be considered as imperfections. All types of materials and hardware react to humidity and may cause permanent wear and tear. We recommend keeping your accessory away from strong chemicals and anything that may scratch or mark it. Simply dust or wipe clean with a damp lint free cloth. Do not submerge in water and do not dry clean. Store away from the sun and heat in a cool, dry place.

excluding Hinza totes or any other oversized items - these carry a $15 shipping fee.

Any purchase under $150 there will be a $10 shipping cost
If you receive free shipping on your purchase and you return your item $10 will be deducted from your credit or refund to cover our shipping costs.

We use track and trace courier companies Post Haste, Courier Post, DHL. If you have a domestic preference please specify this in the notes when checking out.
Once payment is received we will endeavour to send your order the same day, otherwise it will be the following business day. If an order is placed outside of our business hours, on weekends or public holidays it will be processed the following business day.
An email will be sent with a copy of your receipt and tracking details once payment is received. Please hold on to your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
LOST PARCELS
If an item is lost in transit from Roux an investigation will be carried out. We will do our best to provide the best outcome for the customer.
TAX & DUTIES
All international orders please note, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures and charges, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Your order will usually take between 1-5 days to reach you, excluding delays due to customs. Orders to countries outside of NZ may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches in your country.
Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to deal with local customs directly to organise payment and release of your package.
If an item is held at customs or with the delivery provider with no response from the recipient it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.
