1. Can I return an item purchased with a discount code?

Yes, as long as the item was full-priced before the discount code was applied and meets the rest of our Returns Policy.

Items already on sale that have a discount code applied are considered sale items and cannot be returned.
2. Can I get a refund on an item purchased with a discount code?

No refunds are given on discounted purchases.

Store credit will be issued if the item meets all other return requirements.

Afterpay purchases with a discount code can also receive store credit.

Sale items are excluded.
3. Can I use a store credit or loyalty voucher with a promotional sale code?

No. You can only use one code at a time — either your store credit, loyalty voucher, or discount code.
4. Can I use a gift voucher online?

No. Gift vouchers can be used in store only.
5. Can I use a gift card / e-voucher online?

Yes, but it cannot be combined with a promotional sale discount code.
