FAQs

1. Can I return an item purchased with a discount code?

  • Yes, as long as the item was full-priced before the discount code was applied and meets the rest of our Returns Policy.

  • Items already on sale that have a discount code applied are considered sale items and cannot be returned.

2. Can I get a refund on an item purchased with a discount code?

  • No refunds are given on discounted purchases.

  • Store credit will be issued if the item meets all other return requirements.

  • Afterpay purchases with a discount code can also receive store credit.

  • Sale items are excluded.

3. Can I use a store credit or loyalty voucher with a promotional sale code?

  • No. You can only use one code at a time — either your store credit, loyalty voucher, or discount code.

4. Can I use a gift voucher online?

  • No. Gift vouchers can be used in store only.

5. Can I use a gift card / e-voucher online?

  • Yes, but it cannot be combined with a promotional sale discount code.

6. When will my order be shipped?

  • Orders are shipped the next working day.

  • Any changes to store hours will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
