New Zealand Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders $150 and over (Hinza totes and oversized items excluded).

  • Hinza totes & oversized items: $15 shipping fee.

  • Orders under $150: $10 shipping.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  • If your order received free shipping but is returned, $10 will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover shipping costs.

Delivery Time (NZ)

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Rural areas may take slightly longer.


Australia Shipping

  • Express shipping: $45

  • Carrier: DHL

  • Delivery time: 1–5 business days


Order Processing

  • Orders placed during business hours: shipped same day where possible.

  • Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays: shipped next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email with your receipt and tracking details once payment is processed.

  • Please keep your receipt if you plan to return or exchange items.


Lost Parcels

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and work to provide the best outcome.


International Orders – Taxes & Duties

  • Orders may be subject to customs clearance and local import duties/taxes, which can cause delays.

  • Delivery is usually 1–5 business days, excluding customs delays.

  • All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid):

    • Prices at checkout do not include taxes or duties.

    • Customs charges are set by your local authorities and are your responsibility.

    • The courier may invoice you, or you may need to pay customs directly to release your package.

  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or no response, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
